In the MCIS students attended three classes once a week, called Seminars. These classes were more traditional classes taught by a single teacher giving instruction about a certain topic. Students had a mixture of three classes out of four available options: Math, Science, English, and Government. Not all students took part in the Haunted Science Lab because not all students were enrolled in science class. However, the students that were in science got to come up with a science project to present to elementary students. Students needed to find a project that was able to be demonstrated, and that could be somehow linked to Halloween. This project was nice because students had a lot of freedom and were able to do cool projects that the elementary students loved!
