This MCIS project was mainly focused on improving students’ teamwork skills. Students were put in teams and were told to make a bill about rules that they believe should be in place in the senior wing. This gave students the opportunity to have a say in the rules that they had to follow. Students used online tools such as Google Docs to share thoughts and ideas with their teams. Chosen people were given leadership roles which would later prove to be a useful tool in the senior wing. Lastly, some people in the group had to present their bill to the entire wing; even though this was a terrifying experience it helped prepare those people for projects later in the year. All projects in the MCIS helped shape seniors to succeed later in the year and for the rest of their lives.
